What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build valuation and deal models in Excel, support transaction advisory from diligence to client presentation, and apply credit and project finance analysis across real estate, hospitality, and SME lending.

I bring 3+ years of experience across transaction advisory, valuation, real estate consulting, and credit analysis, with hands-on exposure across the full deal cycle—from origination and due diligence to feasibility and transaction execution. I build advanced Excel-based models spanning DCF, IRR/DSCR, LBO, USALI-structured P&Ls, and multi-tier JV waterfalls, translating assumptions into client-ready decisions.

In valuation roles, I lead market and sector analysis, including studies that shaped final investment decisions for branded residence projects. I also produce client-facing deliverables such as feasibility studies, highest-and-best-use analyses, investment memoranda, and presentations, supported by rigorous primary research, site visits, and stakeholder interviews.

My sector experience spans hospitality, real estate, SME lending, MFI, and merchant banking, including techno-economic viability (TEV) work and project finance modeling with multi-variable sensitivity analysis. I’ve prepared MFI/COCA assessment reports, credit and project grading outputs, and governance and social impact evaluations—while contributing sector reports and industry articles that reflect my analytical perspective.
