I’m a valuation professional with 7+ years of experience in IFRS-driven business valuations, financial reporting valuations, purchase price allocation, impairment testing, and option valuation across Europe and Asia. I’m known for building and refining valuation models that stand up to scrutiny, from DCF and market approaches to binomial/option-pricing frameworks.

In my current role at KPMG Global Services, I manage and review end-to-end valuation engagements for financial reporting, transaction, tax, and audit support purposes. I perform valuations for business combinations, intangible assets, and management decision-making under IFRS (IAS 36, IFRS 3), while coordinating with onshore engagement teams to address technical queries and valuation judgments.

I’ve also delivered business valuation analyses, fairness opinions, and audit support across industries including healthcare, energy, manufacturing, and industrials. I conduct goodwill and intangible asset impairment testing, carry out purchase price allocation analyses under IFRS and local GAAP, and prepare client deliverables that clearly summarize assumptions, methodologies, and conclusions.

I bring a strong quality and delivery mindset—monitoring project timelines, ensuring adherence to scope and audit documentation standards, and maintaining accuracy of model outputs under tight timelines. I also mentor and review juniors’ models to support consistent quality control and collaborative, cross-border delivery.
