I’m looking to build and scale backend systems end-to-end—secure APIs, event-driven pipelines, and reliable deployments—in teams that value performance, ownership, and engineering quality.

I’m a backend engineer focused on production systems that are scalable, reliable, and built to last. I deliver backend architecture, RESTful API design, and real-time/event-driven processing with strong attention to performance, security, and engineering quality.

In my recent roles, I’ve owned services for microservices-based platforms in regulated environments, implemented Kafka-based event-driven processing, and strengthened role-based and permission-driven access control. I’ve also led backend architecture and execution end-to-end—designing data flow and scalability decisions, integrating third-party payments (including Paystack), building asynchronous workflows with RabbitMQ, and using Redis (including caching and geospatial capabilities) to support responsive, high-availability products.
