What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a backend role where I can build secure, scalable APIs and real-time features, improve developer experience with clear documentation, and automate workflows with clean architecture and strong observability.

I’m a Backend Engineer who enjoys turning complex transaction workflows into reliable, secure systems. I architect and ship RESTful services that manage end-to-end lifecycles with automated, state-driven processing.

I’ve built secure escrow and payment backends with Node.js, TypeScript, Express, and MongoDB—adding JWT access/refresh authentication, RBAC, verification/reset flows, and rate limiting to reduce authentication-related incidents. I also delivered wallet and balance-history modules with auditable metadata to improve reconciliation time.

I bring real-time capability to products using Socket.io/WebSockets for transaction chat, read receipts, live tracking, and notifications. To keep teams moving fast, I standardize API quality with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation and consistent validation/error patterns.

Beyond production work, I completed intensive Java backend training (Spring Boot, Spring Security, JWT, MySQL) and built banking features like transfers and statement generation. As a Core Team member and Head of Backend Development for GDSC, I lead backend projects, mentor fellow students, and represent my chapter through events like ZenithTech Fair.
