At VI Social Security Board, I created the NHI card renewal portal from scratch, designing its database and software architecture and providing ongoing maintenance. I also played a key role in implementing the organization’s WAF and new online payment functionality while maintaining the legacy payment solution.
I led the implementation of SSRS to replace J-Roport, delivering approximately $60,000 in direct organizational savings. I automated report creation, built reusable reporting tools, and produced custom reports for government agencies using Power BI and raw SQL.
I also created a Microsoft Outlook add-in for standardized employee email signatures and supported minor website maintenance and updates. My work combines software development with a long-term background in graphic and digital design.
At BVI Tourist Board, I designed tourism materials and branding, contributed to the BVI Staycation mobile app and website, and developed mobile applications including VI Bites, VI Deals, and VI Queue. I also designed the Road Town wayfinding map and signs.
