I’m an MBBS graduate with over two years of clinical experience across medicine, gastroenterology, pediatrics, obstetrics & gynecology, and surgery. I’m known for documenting patient histories, maintaining detailed medical records, preparing discharge summaries, interpreting investigations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in busy hospital environments.
