What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Medical Officer or remote Medical Scribe opportunity where I can support accurate clinical documentation, patient assessment, physician workflows, and multidisciplinary care.

I've completed structured house-job training at Mayo Hospital Lahore, affiliated with King Edward Medical University, supporting patient care across General Medicine, Pediatrics, General Surgery, and Cardiothoracic Surgery.

I assess patients and document medical histories, physical examinations, admission notes, progress notes, discharge summaries, and clinical records under supervision. I've also presented cases on consultant ward rounds and coordinated with multidisciplinary teams.

My clinical exposure includes emergency, HDU, ICU, NICU, PICU, ward, and postoperative care. Under supervision, I've assisted with procedures including lumbar puncture, endotracheal intubation, arterial blood sampling, central venous catheterization, chest tube management, and wound care.

I passed NRE-1 and NRE-2 on my first attempt and received the Best House Officer Award in Pediatric Medicine. I'm also prepared to support digital medical documentation, telemedicine workflows, and physician documentation needs.
