At India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), I drafted, reviewed, and negotiated commercial agreements, procurement contracts, and tender documentation across hospitality, tourism, construction, and HR. I also led standardization of legal and procurement documents, including templates, SOPs, manuals, and policy frameworks.
I advised internal stakeholders and senior management on contractual, regulatory, and dispute-related risks, and coordinated litigation and arbitration matters. My work included preparing strategic advisory notes, litigation briefs, issue matrices, and legal opinions to support decision-making.
Previously, at OBEROI (S&R) LEGAL, I represented and advised individual and corporate clients in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and other disputes. I drafted and settled pleadings and submissions for courts and arbitral tribunals, and prepared commercial documents including sale deeds, lease deeds, and agreements to sell.
