Jhack Arthur Bacaycay

At the Department of Education–SDO Pasay, I coordinate school and division-wide programs, projects, partnerships, and operational activities while keeping deliverables aligned with DepEd policies and timelines.

I prepare reports, proposals, memoranda, MOAs, presentations, and accomplishment reports; organize meetings; track project progress; and coordinate with school administrators, teachers, government units, private organizations, and community partners. I also identify process improvements and provide administrative support across multiple fast-paced projects.

My earlier healthcare roles strengthened my patient communication, records management, confidentiality, and coordination skills. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration and ready to support an international operations team.
