I’m a hands-on IT leader who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery. I currently serve as Founder and CEO of an osteopathic practice and charity in Zurich, leading strategic, clinical, and operational development while ensuring compliance with Swiss foundation and healthcare regulations.
Before that, I built and scaled agile delivery in healthcare at MediData in Switzerland as a Senior SCRUM Master / Release Train Engineer. I coordinated four AGILE teams, owned release/fix/hotfix coordination, and supported a major organizational restructuring for SAFe by preparing learning materials, running workshops, and moderating training courses and seminars.
Earlier roles strengthened my product and engineering foundation: at John Taylor & Co I acted as an Agile Coach / Frontend Developer, developing SPA web applications, leading UI/UX research, and coaching teams on delivery and collaboration. I started as a Product Owner & Growth Hacker, defining scope, managing technology infrastructure, and driving KPI and progress reporting—always pairing agile execution with customer feedback and improvement.
