What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead curriculum, instructional, or education-product work where I can build standards-aligned systems, guide distributed teams, apply generative AI responsibly, and improve outcomes for diverse learners.

I've architected K-12 curriculum systems and led large-scale instructional transformation at IDEA Public Schools, The Collaborative, and Relay Graduate School of Education. At IDEA, I designed 56 curriculum guides across eight subject areas and built production and quality systems for distributed teams of writers, leaders, contractors, and partners.

Through Learning On Purpose Consulting, I advise schools and education organizations on curriculum architecture, instructional design, assessment, standards alignment, and AI-assisted content workflows. I combine executive curriculum leadership with current classroom experience, including science teaching and department leadership, to build practical, culturally responsive products that improve learning outcomes.
