What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role with a real estate investment firm to be mentored, apply acquisition and renovation experience, manage assets, and grow into expanded responsibilities in acquisitions and redevelopment.

I am a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, currently focused on real estate and property development as an investor, estate manager, and renovator. I am actively sourcing residential renovation opportunities and pursuing mentorship or employment with a real estate investment firm to expand my contribution.

My real estate experience includes property identification and analysis using comps, supporting appraisal-based mortgage insurance removals, challenging incorrect property taxation records, managing demos and renovations, commissioning and analyzing site and cadastral surveys, and mitigating major erosion issues. I have listed and evaluated foreclosures, short sales, quit claims, and reviewed contracts while maintaining communication with recording agencies, financial institutions, brokers, investors, and trades professionals.

I also bring extensive logistics and Class A driving experience from regional and national roles, handling pre/post-trip inspections, DVIR entries, ELDs, Samsara, and proprietary dispatch systems while operating doubles, heavy doubles, tankers, and 53' trailers. I hold endorsements for tanker, doubles & triples, and hazardous materials, and I am certified in asphalt loading and multiple terminal cardings.

Complementing my field work, I have administrative and customer-service experience in account management, purchasing, QuickBooks invoicing, ADP financial packaging, and optometric technician duties including auto refractive imaging and non-contact tonometry. I hold cleared background screenings and DOT medical certification, and I seek a role where I can continue learning, be mentored, and apply my hands-on redevelopment and asset-management skills.
