What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an accounting or accounts payable role where I can own accurate invoice-to-payment workflows, resolve vendor discrepancies, support a collaborative remote finance team, and contribute to reliable processes, documentation, audits, and 1099 preparation.

I'm an accounting professional with 10+ years supporting accounts payable and day-to-day accounting operations. At Soligent Distribution, I own full-cycle AP workflows in NetSuite for a fully remote finance team.

I validate invoices, code GL accounts, match POs, route approvals, support payments, and maintain vendor accounts. I reconcile statements and account activity, investigating duplicate or missing invoices, credits, refunds, unapplied payments, stale checks, and balance variances through resolution.

Previously, at Air Methods, Scott Contracting, and Stawiarsky & Associates, I processed high-volume invoices, maintained vendor and customer records, coordinated payments, resolved account issues, and supported AP and AR operations.

I'm an Intuit Certified Bookkeeper and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor experienced with NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Excel, Coupa, Sage, and Microsoft Dynamics. I also support audits, 1099 preparation, process documentation, and team training.
