At Carolina Federation, I built statewide systems for recruitment, onboarding, training, program implementation, staff support, and accountability. I also designed dashboards and reporting systems, including infrastructure supporting approximately 200 hires in 45 days.
At Planned Parenthood, I managed and developed 40–50 staff and coordinated approximately 100 volunteers across statewide community engagement and outreach programs. I built relationships with community organizations and led trainings and events across North Carolina.
At Equality North Carolina, I designed and led statewide community engagement, education, and leadership-development programs serving LGBTQ+ people, families, allies, and community leaders. I also spoke, trained, and facilitated on youth development, suicide prevention, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and public education.
I founded Social Justice Storytime, a community education nonprofit where I designed and delivered 100+ programs reaching an estimated 1,500–2,500 children and family members across North Carolina. I also founded an LGBTQ+ and transgender youth scouting troop and continue to teach and facilitate intergenerational education at Eno River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.
