What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead mission-driven programs that expand compassionate client support, strengthen teams, manage complex operations, and advance reproductive justice through community partnerships and sustainable systems.

I'm currently building stronger logistical and financial support systems for abortion seekers nationwide at The Brigid Alliance. I co-manage 13 coordinators, oversee practical-support and procedural-funding budgets, and use data and training to expand client capacity.

Previously, I created the Caller Support Program at Richmond Reproductive Freedom Project, developing volunteer pathways spanning abortion doula training, clinic escorts, comfort kits, and housing support. I managed the warmline, volunteers, budget, client database, outreach, statewide resources, and partner communications.

As a co-founder of Richmond Doula Project, I designed accessible doula training, mentorship, and full-spectrum care programs. I also built fundraising infrastructure to sustain doula salaries and trainings while leading parent education and mutual-aid events.

Across nonprofit management, family support, fundraising consulting, and youth programming, I bring 16+ years of experience managing complex projects, budgets exceeding $6 million, stakeholder relationships, and rapidly changing priorities with care and discretion.
