I'm seeking a Remote Maternal Health Coach or Remote Nutritionist role with a mission-driven organization focused on improving health outcomes.

At Mountain Park Health Center, I provide WIC nutrition counseling and prenatal and postpartum education for women, infants, and children in underserved communities. I support families with meal planning, healthy weight gain, and anemia prevention.

I guide mothers through breastfeeding education, milk supply support, and infant feeding practices. I also create care plans that reflect family goals and cultural food preferences, including for clients with gestational diabetes, feeding difficulties, or failure to thrive.

Using motivational interviewing, I support client engagement and sustainable health behaviors. I collaborate with OB/GYN, lactation, behavioral health, and social care teams, and supported over 500 families through nutrition education and breastfeeding guidance.

At Life Guides, I facilitated individual and group sessions and developed personalized action plans. I also trained new guides on client engagement and support strategies.
