At Credit Sesame, I investigate fraud trends using IP addresses, email patterns, and linked bank data verified through Postico. This work has resulted in blocked accounts and prevented losses.
I verify identities with Socure and Jumio, detect synthetic IDs, and escalate confirmed fraud cases to risk management. I also review customer identity and financial documents for KYC/AML compliance.
As a furnisher, I manage e-OSCAR disputes and respond to ACDVs to correct consumer credit data in line with FCRA requirements. I investigate disputed accounts and coordinate with credit bureaus to resolve inaccuracies.
