I am a life sciences professional with three years supporting quality, regulatory, and compliance initiatives across medical device and pharmaceutical organizations. I bring a systems-level understanding of regulated programs and hands-on experience placing and advising consultants for FDA remediation, tech transfers, and harmonization efforts.

As a relationship-first recruiter in a high-growth startup, I managed a portfolio of 150+ principal consultants, generated approximately $750K in annual revenue, and secured new client access with both large industry players and biotech startups. I design and deliver training, led company-wide alignment meetings, and served as Editor-in-Chief for organizational communications.

I authored a ~60-page Life Sciences Skillsets curriculum, led onboarding sessions to accelerate technical confidence, and overhauled a points-based metrics system to create a transparent, accepted organizational standard. I also mentored colleagues, advancing a mentee to the program’s highest-performing revenue tier.

My technical exposure includes FDA Form 483 and Warning Letter remediation, DHF/CAPA/QMS, quality system and documentation harmonization, technology and design transfer, EU MDR remediation, and new product introduction and market launch support.
