With over seven years of experience in technical support and customer service, I have honed my skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving within the I.T. sector. My journey began as a Credit Analyst, where I developed a keen eye for detail and analytical skills, which I later applied to my role as a Fraud Analyst at Citibank. This experience laid the groundwork for my transition into the Help Desk I.T. Specialist role at U.S. Bank, where I provided Tier 1 support and resolved complex ATM network issues.
