I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate patient care, handle triage and documentation accurately, and drive process improvement. I thrive in teams that value reliability, clear communication, and continuous operational growth.

I’m a Licensed Practical Nurse who brings reliability, adaptability, and strong problem-solving to every patient interaction. I’m known for keeping information accurate, staying organized under pressure, and using nursing judgment to triage calls and support timely care.

In my current role as LPN and Clinic Coordinator with Great Lakes Foot and Ankle Specialists, I ensure patient information is up to date, coordinate surgeries, and complete paperwork and prior authorization. I work closely with providers and surgeons to support patient care while applying clinical judgement to triage calls and keep workflows moving smoothly.

Previously at Traverse Bay Internal Medicine, I served as Email Business Manager, communicating with customers and vendors and leading work that included creating and executing a business plan. I also managed vital documentation, completed forms, and obtained insurance verification and authorization, while anticipating financial impact and working with leadership to develop solutions.

Earlier in my career, I built my foundation through roles at Munson Medical Center and West Front Primary Care, including Human Resources Management and Clinical Team Lead/LPN positions. I led training modules, implemented LEAN processes, supported employee mentorship, and managed medication and EMR documentation while upholding data confidentiality and HIPAA/FERPA expectations.
