I’m looking for an LPN role where I can deliver strong patient care and documentation while taking on care coordination or utilization-focused work. I want a team that values training, accountability, and my growth.

I’m a career orientated LPN with an Alabama compact license, motivated by new experiences for growth and personal development. I bring hands-on nursing experience across home care, long term care, acute care, and outpatient settings, with a strong focus on patient assessment and safe, attentive follow-through.

Over multiple roles, I’ve worked as a Care Coordinator (Naphcare, Inc. and Aware Recovery Care), provided medication and wound care, and supported complex needs like suprapubic catheterization and colostomy care. I’ve also handled Utilization Review at Randstad in the Pre-cert department at Cigna Healthspring, and completed MDS assessment work using Matrix while developing care plans and initiating care plan meetings.
