At Desert Ridge Academy, I coordinate mathematics curriculum planning across middle school grade levels, supporting standards alignment and consistent learning expectations for more than 1,000 students annually.
I analyze benchmark assessment data and student performance trends with the schoolwide Tier 1 Analytics Team to inform instructional planning and intervention strategies. I also led the department-wide implementation of Desmos, ST Math, i-Ready, Formative, and Google Classroom.
As a Mathematics Teacher for Grades 7–8, I use assessment data to identify learning needs and plan targeted small-group instruction. I teach students to interpret data and use evidence to support mathematical conclusions, and create recorded video walkthroughs and digital exemplars through Google Classroom.
