What I'm looking for
As a passionate mathematics teacher at KthP TEXAS Public Schools, I strive to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment for my students. My experience includes planning and implementing standards-aligned lessons that cater to diverse learning needs, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to excel. I utilize data-driven assessments to monitor progress and adjust my teaching strategies, fostering academic growth and a love for learning.
In addition to my teaching role, I serve as the Grade Level Chair, where I lead weekly team meetings to align instruction and analyze student data. My leadership extends to organizing grade-level events and collaborating with my team to enhance student learning experiences. Outside the classroom, I coach the girls' basketball program, focusing on skill development and fostering a positive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship and resilience.
