At VFS GLOBAL SERVICES PVT. LTD., I support operations at the UK & Ireland Visa Application Centre, handling applicant queries and supporting biometric enrolment and visa application processing.
I prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports covering application volumes, sales, income, productivity, turnaround time and SLA/KPI exceptions. This work supports reporting for a centre handling approximately 3,200 applications per month.
I cross-check POS reports and transaction figures, support reconciliation, and currently assist with UPI and card payment operations. I also coordinate refund approvals and car hire bill-payment requests with the relevant teams.
I monitor workflows and queues, follow SOPs and documentation requirements, and escalate discrepancies or service issues. As a senior team member, I coordinate staff when required and support colleagues with operational procedures and reporting.
