I’m an Epicor-focused IT business developer and ERP programmer with a strong background blending technical development and business alignment. My work centers on delivering reliable ERP functionality through Epicor Kinetic customizations, SQL-backed reporting, and performance-minded troubleshooting.
I’ve developed and supported Epicor solutions across multiple environments, including Background Versions 9.05, 10.2, and Kinetic 2022_2. I build BAQs, Dashboards, Crystal and SSRS reports, BPMs, and product configurator functionality—then back it up with ongoing analysis, tuning, and support for day-to-day operational needs.
During upgrades and migrations, I’ve led major transitions, including a successful upgrade from 10.2 to Kinetic (classic forms). Earlier, I led an Epicor migration from 9.05.702a to 10.1, including business process reviews, technical execution, and coordination with support resources to keep projects on track.
Beyond development, I’ve served in dual technical and business analyst roles for manufacturing operations. I troubleshoot issues tied to MRP, Timephase, and related workflows, provide technical support and training for configurator use, and mentor developers and third-party consultants to strengthen delivery quality across teams.
