At GEOPROBE SYSTEMS, I supported SAP ECC and Epicor Kinetic and contributed to the company's migration from SAP ECC to Epicor Kinetic. I worked on data mapping, validation, testing, integrations, and custom ERP functionality.
I co-developed the CenterpointConnected Customer Portal with one teammate, replacing a legacy SAP-integrated portal. It gave customers access to order and service information and helped reduce customer inquiries by approximately 40%.
I also developed internal applications and dashboards for business processes, including a project and reporting intake solution that reduced SAP report generation time by more than 80%. My work included Epicor development, SAP ABAP and integrations, SQL Server, and reporting.
