What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to support student health, fitness, and wellness through inclusive instruction, physical activity, and health education while continuing to grow in public health technology.

I've delivered structured physical education instruction at Maricopa Unified School District, promoting student health, fitness, movement development, and healthy lifestyle habits through daily activity-based learning.

Across Maricopa Unified, Mesa Public Schools, Swing Education, and Chandler Unified School District, I've managed classrooms, followed lesson plans, adapted instruction for diverse learners, and supported student behavior and engagement from K–12.

I've also designed individualized fitness programs and small-group instruction at Arizona State University and Chandler-Gilbert Community College. My work includes fitness assessments, exercise technique, injury prevention, wellness coaching, progress monitoring, and evidence-based health and fitness principles.

I'm continuing my education in Public Health Technology while bringing experience in physical education curriculum development, classroom management, data tracking, and collaborative instruction.
