What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a school community where I can build inclusive, skill-based physical education and wellness programs that support student growth, resilience, equitable access, and lifelong health.

I deliver comprehensive Physical Education instruction for Hawaii DoE schools, including Wahiawa Middle School, Aiea High School, and Princess Victoria Kaʻiulani Elementary School. I build inclusive, skill-based programs that develop physical literacy, teamwork, resilience, and lifelong wellness.

I teach sport skills, fitness, and wellness through structured progressions in basketball, volleyball, soccer, flag football, pickleball, golf, and ultimate frisbee. My programming includes HIIT, plyometrics, sprint mechanics, aerobic conditioning, muscular endurance, progressive strength training, and safe exercise modifications.

I collaborate with SSC and SPED teams to provide differentiated instruction and accommodations aligned with IEPs. My work also includes special education support, nutrition, mathematics, Stoic philosophy, student leadership, and ABA-based behavioral support.
