I’m looking for a fully remote, async-first team where I can lead operational excellence end-to-end—building governance, SOPs, and KPI systems—then apply AI-enabled workflow automation so scale-up teams execute consistently without adding headcount.

I’m a Business Operations Manager with 15+ years leading operational excellence, process improvement, and cross-functional delivery across scale-up and service environments. I’ve built and scaled a 700+ client, 20-person operation while delivering €5M+ annual client value.

I help founders and scale-ups improve execution through AI-enabled automation and governance. I’ve achieved ISO 27001 certification through full CRM transformation, built operating mechanisms that enable teams to scale without adding headcount, and driven continuous improvement across service delivery, KPI management, and stakeholder alignment.

I work fully remote, async-first, and I focus on turning operational performance signals into structured, actionable recommendations. From AI-enabled workflow automation (Claude, ChatGPT, and GoHighLevel) to SOP development, escalation frameworks, and adoption measurement, I build clarity and momentum so teams can execute consistently.
