At Adira Academy, I designed Adira Edge from the ground up, turning an informal vision into a structured programme with a theory of change, MEL framework, SOPs, tracking systems, and facilitation guides. I also built standardised documentation and a central repository to support consistent delivery and programme tracking.

As Cohort Lead, I guide students through college and career pathways, support their wellbeing, and keep families informed about progress. I’ve also coordinated admissions, residential programmes, and NGO partnerships, including evaluating five Hyderabad NGOs and collecting field data for an AI for Social Impact project.
