At EagleView, I’m leading the roadmap to merge two aerial imagery capture systems with a combined 30 years of usage and technical development, with estimated annual costs of more than USD $3 million.
I spearheaded 25+ projects to improve capture efficiency, saving more than USD $1 million a year. I also coordinated release on demand for 35+ products, supporting handoffs across Operations, Processing, and Planning.
As Product Owner, I partnered with engineering leads and scrum masters across Australia, India, and the USA. I authored more than 100 Features and User Stories with acceptance criteria aligned to roadmap priorities and SAFe practices.
Previously at EagleView, I worked as a ScrumMaster, improving iteration completion rates from below 75% to above 85% through Agile practices and impediment resolution. At Spookfish, I was responsible for factory acceptance and release of a hardware capture system with a USD $30 million asset value, and produced a hardware solution for an image-quality issue affecting capture capabilities.
