What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build secure, automated cloud and platform systems where I can lead delivery, improve reliability and cost efficiency, and develop practical security, observability, and AI tooling.

I've built and administered AWS and Linux platforms for richmack111.com and its applications, using Docker Compose, Apache reverse proxying, Route 53, IAM, S3, SQLite services, systemd, and repeatable deployment workflows.

At ChiroTouch Cloud, I led a five-person DevOps team containerizing healthcare applications and troubleshooting AWS EKS environments, reducing environment inconsistencies by 50%. I implemented Terraform, Ansible, Chef InSpec, Bitbucket Pipeline security checks, RDS Multi-AZ failover, and blue/green Kubernetes releases while supporting systems used by 14,000+ clients.

At ACOM Health Solutions, I managed AWS platforms serving 800 chiropractic clinics and reduced NAT Gateway transfer costs by more than $100,000 annually. I also implemented Datadog monitoring and alerting that supported 99.9% uptime in a HIPAA-aligned environment.
