I developed Prompt Sharpener, an offline training app that helps people without programming experience turn vague requests into precise AI prompts. It uses simple, explainable rules to identify missing details and unclear wording, then suggests corrections.
I also developed the PRO Model—Problem, Promise, Process & Proof, Prompt—from an existing storytelling model. First used in a corporate sales-storytelling program, it now teaches beginners how to structure AI prompts through a course and offline exercise sheet.
At PingUs / Trend Micro, I introduced AI-supported ways of working in production and training, enabled the trainer team in practical AI use, and delivered cloud email security training to international enterprise audiences. At Keepit, I designed and facilitated Selling Through Storytelling, a reusable enablement program for Sales and Customer Success.
At Mimecast GmbH, I brought fragmented onboarding together into a consistent global program and rebuilt onboarding as self-paced video modules during the Covid period. Earlier, at Symantec (Deutschland) GmbH, I developed extensive technical courses, exercises, and self-paced video training for PGP products.
