Jen Saavedra

I’m a dynamic creative professional with 15+ years of experience as a visual storyteller and director. I produce, shoot, and edit impactful video content and photography, bringing story-forward direction to diverse commercial and editorial environments. I’m especially strong in narrative development and brand storytelling that elevates visual communication.

In my current role, I produce, shoot, and edit compelling video while managing narrative development from concept to final product. I also capture supporting photography, line produce and supervise scripts to keep brand voice consistent, and manage digital stills and behind-the-scenes content to document key moments. My work consistently delivers polished, high-impact visual media using Adobe tools.

Across my marketing and creative leadership experience, I develop and execute strategic social media and video content plans to tell compelling brand stories. I produce, direct, and edit lifestyle and event video that supports brand narrative and customer engagement, and I optimize content impact through website identity and analytics. I collaborate closely with clients, talent, and staff to ensure aligned messaging.

I’ve also led content creation for brand development including video production, livestreams, and short films—directing AV production and managing equipment to support high-quality storytelling. As an adjunct professor, I taught studio and on-site photography, professional lighting, and digital editing, and helped develop curriculum for an A.S. program while curating student exhibitions. I bring that craft discipline into every project: photography, lighting, editing, graphic design, and organized digital asset management.
