I'm looking to lead operations for a fintech or digital-securities business where I can build AI-driven onboarding, activation, and decision-support systems that help teams scale quality without scaling manual work.

At Verify Investor, I own the operating model that moves clients from signed to live, leading onboarding, customer support, and regulatory compliance for a SaaS platform serving verified accredited investors. I led operational readiness for the OnChainPass launch and built systems across Asana, Jira, and KPI dashboards that lifted process efficiency 23% while supporting 27% average annual revenue growth.

I'm also Director of Operations at tZERO, where I standardized client onboarding and due diligence across digital-securities businesses and advise the CEO on metrics, strategy, and economics.
