What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote-first coordination role where I can manage programs, stakeholders, timelines, documentation, and follow-through while contributing bilingual communication and continuously learning new digital platforms.

I've coordinated student support, university applications, and institution-wide programs at Arboleda School, including Career Week and a multi-grade Career & Vocational Guidance Program.

I manage timelines, requirements, partner communications, action items, and structured documentation across academic, admissions, family, and external stakeholder groups.

Across private practice, Jardín Tía Nora, Liceo Los Alpes, and CINEV, I've coordinated confidential case records, cross-functional follow-up, inclusive education training, and virtual community events.

I'm a native Spanish speaker with English C1, experienced in remote coordination and daily Google Workspace use, and I bring a psychology-informed approach to programs, communication, and stakeholder support.
