I’m looking to continue providing individualized instruction and leading MTSS supports, using data-driven progress monitoring and collaborative IEP planning to improve outcomes for students with diverse learning needs in an inclusive environment.

I’m a dedicated Intervention Specialist with 10 years of experience providing individualized instruction, developing IEPs, and supporting students with diverse learning needs. I focus on creating plans and supports that are both inclusive and practical, built to meet students where they are.

As an MTSS Intervention Specialist Lead, I coordinate interventions and support staff in implementing data-driven practices and progress monitoring to improve student outcomes. I collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families, ensuring IEPs and compliance requirements are consistently maintained.
