Process Assistant who blends operational leadership with a pedagogical edge to improve performance, safety, and customer outcomes.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Process Assistant with hands-on experience across Amazon fulfillment operations, including onboarding, inventory control, and continuous improvement. I’ve supported the launch of the new RSR+ building in Brunswick, GA and helped teams ramp up quickly with clear training and operational ownership.
In my recent roles, I’ve staffed and managed pick associates (16–25 ARSAW pick associates), balanced pick-to-rebin work, and used gathered data to perform Apollo Audits on at least 10 pickers daily. I also evaluated rate and cycle time performance, modeled techniques to increase throughput, and kept stations operational by clearing jams and submitting trouble tickets to ensure the customer promise stayed on track.
Before logistics became my focus, I brought a strong teaching foundation from Russell County Board of Education, where I used technology and standards-based methods to engage learners and improve outcomes. As an ICQA Problem Solver and Counter—using WAVE and qualifying for expert IRDR Count—I verified and resolved Andons, assisted operations with backlog reduction, and supported multiple counting methods to ensure inventory accuracy.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Supported the launch of the new RSR+ building in Brunswick, GA, leading onboarding for newly hired associates. Drove a Crown forklift, performed trailer dock/release and yard audits, and achieved a 100% completion rate staging carts for CPT orders.
Qualified to perform expert IRDR counts and supported inventory accuracy by conducting Simple Bin Count (SBC), Cycle Count (CC), and Simple Record Count (SRC). Identified problematic items including damaged items, unscannable items, broken sets, and incorrect binding.
Used Kindle to labor-track, train, and evaluate associates within their designated paths. Ensured associates met Amazon quality and productivity expectations and cross-trained employees as needed.
Packed customer orders as they became available through the chute. Followed Amazon packing etiquette by placing boxes or envelopes based on the one-item-per-square method on the conveyor belt.
Staffed and managed 16–25 ARSAW pick associates and coordinated pickers and packers in the Pick to Rebin area. Used detailed Apollo Audits (at least 10 pickers daily), evaluated rate and cycle time, and resolved picking jams by clearing stations and submitting RME trouble tickets to protect the customer delivery promise.
Verified and resolved counters’ Andons using tools and research methods, including WAVE, to address damaged, missing, or stolen items. Used WAVE-based problem solving to help reduce site backlog and support operations.
