I've supported clients at Educational & Behavioral Support Services through Applied Behavior Analysis interventions, behavior intervention plans, and treatment protocols for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.

I collaborate with behavior analysts to identify problem behaviors, track incident data, adjust behavior management plans, and help families apply behavior-reduction protocols. I also lead at-home therapy drills that build children's math, verbal, writing, communication, and social skills.

At Point Quest Pediatrics, I monitored student performance, presented behavioral data in IEP meetings, and used modeling and reinforcement techniques to improve behaviors. I responded to emergency situations using verbal and physical de-escalation strategies.
