I am a very determined and hard worker, driven by integrity and taking accountability for my actions. In my RBT roles, I provide one-on-one support to individuals with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis, implementing behavior plans and positive reinforcement while supporting skill development.
I collect data on progress, manage and help shape behaviors, and assist with classroom routines and structured learning environments.
