What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead data-driven public health, health systems strengthening, and technology adoption programs, partnering with governments, donors, and multidisciplinary teams to build sustainable capacity and improve health outcomes.

I've led HIV epidemic-control, health systems strengthening, and public health technology programs for Anova Health Institute, BroadReach Healthcare, Partners In Health, and Enroll America. In South Africa, I supported USAID APACE and Departments of Health to improve data quality, reporting timeliness, and facility performance across five districts.

I've managed multi-country teams, donor-funded budgets, technology adoption, and organizational capacity development across Africa and the US. My work has included a 30% improvement in facility performance indicators, a 20% reduction in reporting errors, and technology adoption growth from 14% to more than 90% in field and facility settings.
