What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and strengthen public health programmes through clinical mentorship, HIV and TB service delivery, digital health integration, data-driven quality improvement, and collaboration with Department of Health and community partners.

I'm currently a Clinical Advisor at Health Systems Trust in Durban, where I mentor Department of Health and community-based facility staff, integrate digital health tools including the Coach Impilo AI chatbot, and manage AI-assisted client engagement through the Clinical Portal.

Across Health Systems Trust’s PEPFAR-funded SA SURE project, I’ve coordinated HIV/AIDS and TB programme implementation, monitored performance against targets, prepared technical reports, and strengthened quality improvement through facility data, tracer metrics, audits, and Quality Improvement Plans.

I’ve led facility-based staff, Outreach Teams, Community Health Workers, and referral linkages while providing direct primary healthcare, emergency care, HIV and TB case surveillance, ART case management, sexual and reproductive health services, and clinical mentorship.

My nursing foundation includes work with MatCH and the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health, supported by a Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery, a Post Graduate Diploma in HIV/AIDS Management, and ongoing Master of Public Health studies.
