What I'm looking for

I'm looking for fully remote, self-scheduled independent-contractor work where I can apply structured quality review, programme delivery, stakeholder coordination and evidence-based reporting to complex operational artefacts and workflows.

I've supported Owner-side QA/QC and project delivery on major Italian superyacht new-build programmes, reviewing completed work against drawings, specifications, materials and quality criteria while tracking corrective actions through closure.

Previously, I led an approximately 50-person interior organisation for a confidential Royal/private fleet, translating requirements into operating plans, standards and priorities across yachts, residences, islands and private programmes. With 18+ years of international new-build, handover and operational experience, I bring structured reporting, stakeholder coordination, discretion and evidence-based quality review to remote programme and operations work.
