Jennie Royston

I am an energetic, friendly and no-nonsense quality assurance manager and people leader with extensive international life experience and a proven track record building and mentoring teams. I established and ran businesses and created many professional teams, bringing a hands-on, meticulous approach to coaching and operations.

In my current role at HelloFresh I lead QA, training and coaching efforts, drive quality factors and protocols, perform root cause analysis on detractors, and produce weekly and monthly QA and KPI reports. I assess and evaluate teams through interactions, align evaluations to client methodology, address escalated calls, and develop clear action plans for agent development.

Previously I managed HR/GM responsibilities at Cool Bananas (2008–2022) including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, payroll/rostering and training manuals; and I served as retail manager at Guess (2004–2008) overseeing store operations, merchandising and staff development.
