At MillerKnoll, I architect cross-departmental inventory workflows that connect Photo, Marketing, Merchandising, and Product Development teams. I use NetSuite, Manhattan SCALE, Smartsheet, and Excel to improve visibility into sample lifecycles, product velocity, and retail logistics.

Previously, I led 100 employees as General Manager at Quickfire Logistics, managing transportation, vendors, budgets, recruitment, training, safety protocols, and productivity standards. I partnered with vendors to fulfill contractual agreements with Amazon while driving operational performance improvement.

With the American Red Cross Recovery Program in Puerto Rico, I led government coordination for long-term recovery initiatives spanning energy and water systems. I supported the implementation of microgrid systems at schools and managed water infrastructure projects, working with FEMA, public agencies, NGOs, Tesla, MIT Lincoln Lab, Water Mission, and Fluor Corporation.

I bring more than five years of warehouse management experience along with program management, data analysis, team development, and operational planning. I work to create safe, efficient operations that support strong customer satisfaction.
