Jodi Pfingsten

As an Adjunct Professor, I teach Senior Composition and Creative Writing courses, focusing on writing skills and literary analysis. My role involves providing in-depth instruction and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

As a High School Teacher, I actively contribute to leadership teams and serve as Chair of Professional Learning Communities. I integrate technology into the classroom and design innovative projects to enhance student engagement. I also teach independent study courses and mentor students through extracurricular activities.

In my role as Education Coordinator, I developed and implemented curriculum for Early Childhood classrooms, delivered teacher training, and coordinated education budgets. I played a key role in establishing collaborative initiatives and successfully passed a federal audit.

As a Middle School Teacher, I taught various subjects and coordinated after-school enrichment programs. I also managed summer school programming and served as an adjunct instructor for teacher education students.

As Building Principal, I supervised staff and students, leading instructional and operational efforts. I utilized data-driven decision-making to guide curriculum development and enhance student outcomes through strategic planning.

Achieved Building Leadership Endorsement, equipping with skills necessary for effective school leadership and management.

Completed a Master of Science in Education Administration, focusing on leadership and educational practices to enhance student learning and teacher development.

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Education, providing foundational knowledge and skills for teaching across various educational settings.
