I’m an IT Support Executive with over a year of combined IT support and accounting experience. I’m skilled in troubleshooting hardware/software, system installation, and developing SOPs that keep operations consistent.

At IT Support Executive level, I provided technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently. I also managed software installation and configuration of IT systems, delivered remote support, and trained users to improve onboarding and productivity.

In parallel, I worked as an Accountant, managing financial transactions with accuracy and compliance. I prepared detailed financial reports, supported audits to identify discrepancies, and helped train new staff on accounting software and procedures.
