What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to bring my support, communication, and data analysis skills to a school scheduling technology team, helping users navigate systems, resolve issues, and improve operational processes.

I've supported Stellar Virtual, Houston ISD, and Alvin ISD since 2018, serving as a primary contact for staff and parent inquiries, access issues, functionality questions, and program-related troubleshooting.

I triage and escalate issues, track and analyze data for more than 100 users, and maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails. I've also created process guides and communication templates, coordinated schedules across teams, and tested digital tools and platform updates before implementation.

Earlier, I delivered high-volume customer support at Alvin Community College Bookstore and built a strong foundation in POS accuracy, inventory tracking, training, and fast-paced front-of-house operations.
