I have a background in technology and digital work, with experience in front-end development, quality assurance, troubleshooting, research, documentation, and task tracking.

During my internship at Virtusa, I worked in a structured technology environment, supporting front-end development, testing, bug fixing, and project activities using tools such as Jira.

I am currently seeking remote opportunities in operations support, administrative support, customer and digital support, online research, and data-related roles.

I have also created a Skills Portfolio featuring self-initiated work samples in operations tracking, research, spreadsheet management, SOP documentation, customer support, competitor analysis, and AI-assisted workflows.

I am based in Sri Lanka and open to remote full-time, part-time, and contract opportunities.

Supported ReactJS front-end development for Virtusa's internal InsightLive platform, including keyword search and dashboard UI work. Investigated bugs, performed QA and performance testing using JMeter, and tracked issues in Jira within Scrum workflows. Also developed and tested the WhatsDone website using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript across devices.
