What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in landscape and grounds operations where I can lead teams, implement sustainable design, and deliver efficient, high-quality facilities results—balancing stormwater needs, plant health, and practical project execution.

I’m a creative, highly driven landscape designer with a concentration in grounds maintenance and sustainable design. Most recently, I served as a Grounds Supervisor for a local top 25 Liberal Arts college, overseeing daily operations across college-owned property while leading crews and projects.

In this role, I managed grounds operations for 385 acres, including snow removal, campus trash/recycling/compost collection, event setups, and landscape project implementation. I managed increased workload with 33% diminished staff, cut annual departmental spending by 15%, co-authored the college’s sustainable landscape policy (2018), and handled daily scheduling, logistical planning, payroll entry, and time entry.

Before that, I led landscape design/build and maintenance crews as a Senior Design/Sales Associate and later founded my own Landscape Design and Consultant practice. I bring hands-on construction & landscape implementation experience, plus expertise across plant identification, plant pathology and entomology, and storm water engineering—so my designs and management decisions stay practical, ecological, and results-driven.
